Website and Application ("PT. PIJAK BUMI BANGSA," "Folderin," "we," or "us"). This page outlines the conditions of use for our application and website. By accessing or using our service, you confirm that you have read, comprehended and agree to comply with the terms of this service agreement (the “Agreement”) and the collection and utilisation of your information as laid out in the Folderin Privacy Policy (Folderin Privacy), regardless of whether you are a registered user of our service or not. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users and other individuals who access the service ("Users"). Kindly read this agreement thoroughly to ensure compliance with every term.

USE OF DATA

You may utilise the Folderin application upon acceptance of these terms and on behalf of a company, organisation, government or other legal entity. By doing so, you confirm your authorisation and ability to bind said entity to these terms. Please note, any reference to "you" within these terms pertains to the aforementioned entity.

We aim to provide our services to a wide range of users, and as such, it is imperative that our services are both secure and compliant with legal regulations. To this end, we kindly request that you adhere to the restrictions in place to become a part of Folderin.

You are solely responsible for the activities that occur on your account, and you must maintain the security of your account password. We recommend that you use a “strong” password (a password that uses a combination of uppercase, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) for your account. Then we also provide a Passcode Lock feature on the application settings page, use Passcode lock to secure the Folderin application on your cellphone. Verify your email so that our system can send you an email, if someone logs into your account. We always try to secure the systems we create, encrypting is one of our ways to protect your personal data from theft.

You can control your user profile. By providing us with your email address, you consent to us using your email address to send you service-related notices, including notices required by law, in lieu of postal mail communications. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, such as feature changes and special offers.

Our services are not directed at anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you know that your child has provided personal information to us when using our services, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Our Services may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party site. We strongly encourage you to review the Privacy Policy of each site you visit. We have no control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

PURCHASE

We use in-app-purchase from Apple, so you can make payments using your iTunes account. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your iTunes Account settings at any time after purchase.

THE APPLICATION

Folderin (hereinafter: Application) is a piece of software created to facilitate storage (Photos, Videos & Music) and customized for Apple mobile devices. By downloading the Application from the AppStore, and any update thereto (as permitted by this License Agreement). You indicate that You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement and that You accept this License Agreement. Folderin is fully responsible for the license.

INFORMATION THAT YOU SHARE WITH US

When you register an account on Folderin. You must submit information such as name, email, username and password, for the purposes of creating an account (Your information has been encrypted). If you have created an account, you can use all the features in Folderin. Such as creating folders, listening to music and backing up photos or videos.

USER CONTENT

The created folder is private and only you can see it. You have a responsibility to maintain and control it. Like editing and deleting folder. You can also delete photo and video that have been backed up in the Folderin application. You even have the right to disable the auto backup feature.

QuickShare is very flexible. You can enable and disable. If activated, someone can send you photos and videos from QuickShare. By default QuickShare is disabled.

Soundplay is a feature for listening to music for free and without ads. To use this feature, you are required to verify your email.

UNDERSTAND DATA USAGE

We use the information obtained from you for research, analysis and feature development purposes, to improve security and convenience within the Folderin application. We use your email address to verify your account, for security purposes and also to communicate with you.

We advise you to verify your email is valid, useful for securing your account, such as when you forget your password.

RECORDED DATA

We receive your information such as location data, IP address, Geolocation and your device information. We use them to operate our services, ensuring safe and reliable performance. For example, we use it to protect account security and we also use this data to record your login activity and when you register. The login activity log can be found on the settings page, so you can safely control your account.

We have language options in the Folderin app. So we have to retrieve the language data you use on your device, so that the language displayed in the Folderin application is relevant to your language.

We also have 2 themes, dark and light. So that this works according to your expectations, we have to retrieve the theme data from your device, so we can adjust it in the Folderin application.

TRANSPARENCY OF USER CHOICE

You can access account information and change information in the form of name, email, password, username through the account settings feature. You can delete the folder and edit it. SCOPE OF LICENSE

You may not share or make the Application available to third parties (unless to the degree allowed by the Apple Terms and Conditions, and with Folderin prior written consent), sell, rent, lend, lease or otherwise redistribute the Application.

You may not reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, integrate, decompile, integrate, remove, modify, combine, create derivative works or updates of, adapt, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application, or any part thereof (except with Folderin prior written consent).
